ස්වයං ප්රතිශක්තිකරණ රෝග (ඉංග්රීසි: autoimmune disease) යනු යම් පුද්ගලයකුගේ සිරුර තුළ ඇති සෛලවලට එරෙහිව සිරුර විසින් ම අසාමාන්ය ප්රතිශක්තිකරණ ප්රතිචාරයක් දක්වන අවස්ථාවකි. ස්වයං ප්රතිශක්තිකරණ රෝග වර්ග 80 ක් පමණ පවතී.
