පොදු වසම (ඉංග්රීසි: public domain, PD) යනු කර්තෘ හිමිකම් නීති වල සීමාවන්ගෙන් ඔබ්බෙහි වන බුද්ධිමය දේපල හඳුන්වන පදයකි. කර්තෘ හිමිකම් කල් ඉකුත් වීම, අහිමි වීම, පැහැදිලි ලෙස අත්හැරීම, හෝ සරලවම අදාළ නොවන විට බුද්ධිමය දේපල මෙම තත්ත්වයට පත් වෙයි. මේවා සඳහා පරම (exclusive) අයිතීන් කිසිවෙකුත් නොදරන හෙයින්, ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට, නීත්යානුකූලව මේවා භාවිතා කිරීම කළ හැකිය. ඒ සඳහා විශේෂ අවසර ගැනීමක් අවශ්ය නොවෙයි.
