සෙම්ප්රතිශ්යා උණ වැනි රෝග ලක්ශණ (ඉංග්රීසි: Influenza-like illness, ILI, flu-like syndrome/symptoms) යනු ඉන්ෆ්ලුවෙන්සාව හෝ එවැනිම රෝග ලක්ෂණ පෙන්නුම් කරන රෝගී තත්ත්වයක් පිළිබඳ වන රෝග විනිශ්චය කි.
රෝග ලක්ෂණ බොහෝ දුරට උණ (fever), වෙව්ලීම (shivering), chills, malaise, වියළි කැස්ස (dry cough), අහාර අරුචිය (loss of appetite), ඇඟපත වේදනා (body aches), සහ ඔක්කාරය වේ.
