මෞත්ර පද්ධතිය (ඉංග්රීසි: Urinary system, renal system, urinary tract) යනු වකුගඩු (kidneys), ureters, මුත්රාශය (bladder) සහ urethra අඩංගු වන පද්ධතිය වේ.
