වර්ගීකරණයේදී, ද්විපද නාමකරණය (සිංහල:  binomial nomenclature, binary nomenclature) යනු ජීවි විශේෂ නාමකරණයේ දී භාවිතා වන විදිමත් පද්ධතියක් වෙයි.
